The V-091 Performance 2200 is a powerful cyclonic bagless cylinder vacuum for use on carpets and hard floors. Its cyclonic technology and HEPA exhaust filtration reduces the release of allergy triggers into the environment, and the large, quick-release dirt disposal is more hygienic and easy to empty. With on-board tools, cord rewind and telescopic tubes makes the V-091 ideal for quick and easy home cleaning.

Cyclonic Technology: Once dust is collected it enters the dirt bin and is spun at a high velocity around the dirt bin. This spinning causes dust particles to be thrown from the air path. Cleaner air then continues through the HEPA filter, and out into your environment, reducing the triggers of allergies.

HEPA filtration: (High Efficient Particle Arrester) - a high level of filtration, which traps smaller dust and dirt particles, preventing contamination of the environment. This type of filtration is better for homes with allergy sufferers.

Summary: A few product faults...

Comment: This cleaner works brilliantly when the filter is totally clean and free of dust, has a massive cylinder for collecting dust which is quite pointless as you would never fill it! After each use you need to clean the filter to maintain suction. This isn't as easy to do as other products on the market unless you wash after each clean. I have long hair and a cat, as other review mentioned, hair gets wrapped around filter and clogs easily. The power cord comes out the side of the machine and this is totally and utterly frustrating and annoying as naturally the machine runs over the cord and you can't pull the machine along (poor design and am surprised it got through any tests!) The tube stores on the bottom of the handle which then restricts access into narrow areas (even when removed a bracket remains). The machine is quite heavy compared to other models and generates a lot of hot air (great in the winter!). Also not perfect on wooden floors unless using on the carpet setting as marks light colours.

Comment: Product is ok. Own about 2 months now.
PRO's: Excellent suction(as long as the filter is clean and the cylinder does not contain much dirt-but you will be emptying and cleaning after EVERY use to maintain suction)...Hepa filter...Variable power...Telescopic tubes
Con's: Chrome tubes are very heavy(why do they have to be chrome-why not lighter material)...Cord rewind outlet is on side of unit and the cord traps beneath the rear wheels VERY often and hinders mobility(EXTREMELY annoying-always lifting unit to free cord)...Tube/handle does not stow properly on unit like my last cleaner.Unit does have catch to hold tube,but tube TOO heavy and falls on floor.

I am just glad i did not pay the £99 RRP.

Summary: Big beautifull Powerfull??

Comment: I was looking for a small vacuum cleaner that could deal with my dog hair and dusty house It was a bit of a surprise how big it is, but it is not heavy and looks great. It is quiet and has good suction as long as the filter is clean and the container is not over full. The Problem is that it is dark and in order to see if full you have to take it out. Also I would not recomend it to people with long hair or horses, as the hay and long hair always winds round the filter thus leading to loss of power. I guess I should have gone for an Industrial Vacuum cleaner....
However the filter is easy to clean and if you are short haired with no Pet's it will probbably be great for you.
